Shipping & Delivery Information

Delivery Signature:

A delivery signature is required for all orders over $100 (if applicable), unless otherwise requested by the customer. In such cases, the customer assumes full responsibility for any loss or theft resulting from a delivery without signature. The customer is also responsible for any extra shipping costs due to re-delivery attempts if unavailable to receive the package the first time.


Full Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • The order was canceled before it shipped and was rejected upon delivery.
  • The order was shipped in error by Caesar VR.

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. We only ship brand new products, and any damage incurred during shipping should be handled directly with the shipping carrier by the customer.
